Headlining the show is Adam Degi! Adam isn’t just another straight white male comedian. he’s had cancer; twice! His talent and joke writing are what separates him from the pack. His strangely endearing personality and ability to riff, rant, and improvise, sets him apart and makes every show unique. With an unapologetic, outspoken, unfiltered, and often unscripted act, it’s difficult to tell when he’s telling a well written joke, or just getting something off his chest. Adam is anything but predictable! When he has a microphone in his hand you never know what might happen. Adam has performed at Gilda’s Laugh Fest, The Boston Comedy Festival, and the 10K Comedy Festival. He has also been featured on the cover of Revue Magazine. He was the winner of the Funniest Person in Grand Rapids Competition in 2009, just his 2nd year into comedy. Adam is also the founder of the annual Degi Draft.
Also featuring, Andrew Yang! Andrew is a Michigan comic who has been a featured performer at festivals across the country including Let’s Fest in Indianapolis, Sketchfest in San Francisco, and many others (no, not that one he was rejected from there). He has been fortunate enough to work with a few of his comedy heroes including Beth Stelling, Jackie Kashian, Joel Kim Booster, and one time had lunch with Maria Bamford. He has also been featured on NPR. When he’s not on stage he’s probably cooking dinner for his family to make up for all the jokes he's written at their expense.
Hosting this fun show is David Steves! David is a high energy, good natured divorcee who brings light and humor to his single-dad life. As a Veteran of the US Army, David finds humor can keep engagement high even in the toughest of times. With a unique relatability, even as a late bloomer in the comedy community, David relies on his personal stories from childhood, deployments, and raising two amazing daughters. David has featured at Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle, performed at LaughFest, and is a co-host of the Good Vs. Evil Podcast.
