Headlining the show is Don Jamieson! Don is best known as co-host of VH1 Classic’s hit heavy metal talk show series, That Metal Show where legends discussed their past and current projects in front of a live studio audience. He also co-hosted Beer Money, a fast-paced, non-traditional sports quiz show airing on SNY (SportsNet NY). Currently he is hosting his own rock/comedy hybrid That Jamieson Show on CompoundMedia.com and has reunited with his That Metal Show co-hosts for the music series That Rocks on YouTube. Jamieson’s proudest moment is becoming an Emmy Award-Winner for his work on HBO's ‘Inside The NFL’. Don and long-time comedy partner, Jim Florentine, lent their brand of humor to the popular sports show; writing, producing and performing sports-themed comedy sketches. Amongst his many accomplishments, Jamieson’s 5 stand-up CD’s on Metal Blade Records all hit the Top 20 on iTunes and Top 10 on the Billboard comedy charts. He also scored his first #1 comedy album with Florentine with the most recent in their series of prank call albums, ‘Terrorizing Telemarketers 7’. Don's stand-up act brings his everyday take on life with an added dash of sarcasm for good measure. He’s able to make people laugh at things they wouldn’t normally laugh at and then laugh again at that realization. Besides performing in comedy clubs and theaters all over the country he also performs stand-up on rock tours and at rock festivals such as Rock On The Range, Monsters Of Rock Cruise and Metallica’s Orion Music + More Festival where he was introduced by drummer Lars Ulrich.
Also featuring Steve Lind! Steve is a Midwest stand-up favorite whose clean, clever comedy hits home with audiences of all ages. From the ups and downs of family life to the quirks of sports and marriage, Steve delivers laugh-out-loud stories with sharp wit and a warm, relatable style. He’s been featured on ABC and NBC, released the comedy special “30 Years to Life”, and has shared the stage with legends like Tim Allen, Gary Gulman, Kathleen Madigan, and Michael Winslow. Whether at Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle, Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase, or charity events like Comedy 4 Cancer, Steve brings energy, heart, and humor every time he takes the mic.
Your host for the evening is Melissa Hager! Melissa is a crowd favorite! Best known as the Funny Farm Girl that’s more excited on stage than a rooster at sunrise. From piggy antics to wise cow wisdom, she turns everyday farm life into belly laughs. With the help of her wildly popular YouTube Channel (MelissaHagerTV) and nearly a hundred thousand followers on TikTok, it's no wonder why audiences are over the moon with Melissa. It doesn't hurt that she is the most requested guest on one of the biggest radio stations in Michigan, either. Melissa is no country bumpkin though. Not only is she funny, but she runs one of the biggest and most successful comedy booking agencies in the Midwest, "The Comedy Series”. She produces and promotes several outstanding comedy venues with the help of her focused and hard-working team of ladies. They are not only uber professional, but also as likable as Melissa.
