Although much of his life story is sketchy, we know that he grew up as an only child in Decatur, GA, played baseball and football, got married, had two kids, and worked at many unusual jobs, including stand-up comedy. Ricky made his TV debut way back in 1990 on A&E’s Comedy on the Road.For the next ten years Ricky headlined comedy clubs, delighting audiences with his unique style and humor. In 2000 Ricky became the featured comedian in the Nashville-produced musical variety show at the Alabama Theatre (One the Show) in Myrtle Beach, SC. He developed a following among locals and
tourists, and began performing his sold-out one-man shows twice a year there and refrained from touring.
