A three hour course where our experienced tutor Brigitte will give you an in-depth understanding on how to make flavoured Kombucha along with how to grow and use Kefir water.Brigitte will discuss the background of these probiotics and share the recipes. Take home your own scoby (Symbiotic culture of yeast) and the recipe to make keep making kombucha at home.
We will explore ways to use to use kombucha and kefir in every day cooking.
She will also talk about the art/culture of fermentation and its benefits. Informal and fun, but genuinely useful, this class is held at UnserHaus showroom in the centre of Parnell. Refreshments included.
