Comeaux High Big, Big Reunion

We are inviting classmates from 1978 through 1983 to join us in participating in the largest Comeaux Reunion, and the FIRST to be held on Comeaux’s campus. The class of 1980 has received special permission from the Lafayette School Board to host a reunion on Saturday, October 15, 2022. By Federal law we can not have alcohol on campus. Therefore, we are planning on an EARLY reunion from 2pm to 8pm. We encourage individual classes to have their own reunion elsewhere starting after 8pm.

4-6pm Yearbook Group Photo Recreations

6pm Sunset Memorial Service

6:30- 8pm Spartan Dinner

Yearbook Group Photo Recreations: we will gather in the quadrangle to recreate pictures from our high school yearbook of teams, groups, clubs, favorites, etc. Our tentative photo session schedule:

4:00 - 4:15 pm Classes: 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, and 1983.
4:15 - 4:30 Sports: football, basketball, baseball, track, volleyball, cross country, wrestling, etc. 4:30 - 4:45 Clubs: Key, Astra, 4-H, FHA, FTA, FDA, FBLA, Honor Society, FFA, Science, Thespians, Art, Rodeo, etc. 4:45 - 5:00 Groups: Band, Speech, Debate, The Force, The Oracle, Magic Moods, Student Council, Cheerleaders, Spartanettes, French, Chess, etc. 5:00 - 5:15 Neighborhoods: Ivanhoe, Holiday Gardens, Youngsville proper, UB Landry Road, Heart D Farm Road, Milton rural, etc. 5:15 - 5:30 Dance Dates: Homecoming, Sadie Hawkins, Prom, Favorites, Sweethearts & Beaus, etc. 5:30 - 5:45 Accolades: Mr & Mrs CHS, Class Officers, Most Likely to Succeed, Most Spirited, Most Friendly, Most Athletic, Best Looking, Most Popular, etc. 5:45 - 6:00 Staff: Principals, Counselors, Secretaries, Librarians, Teachers, Coaches, Band Leaders, etc.

We will take pictures in the quadrangle if the weather is good, or in the gym if not.
