Don’t we all feel the push/pull of conflict and miscommunication? I personally don’t like it, but I also know it seems to happen even when I’m working hard to avoid it. This is why Jenn Whitmer is here with us today.

Jenn, a self-proclaimed recovering conflict-avoider, has 20+ years of experience leading groups from classrooms and schools to volunteer groups and — hardest of all — herself.

She holds graduate certificates in music education, theology, and leadership along with a Master of Arts in communication and culture from Webster University, extended training in conflict resolution, and certification as an Enneagram coach.
