🌟 Fast track meditation & stress relief
🌟 A powerful tool to soothe, calm & find inner balance
🌟Spiritual & harmonizing
🌟Reducing anxiety, depression & promoting well-being
🌟Ideal meditation for beginners & experienced
🌟The sound balances the body’s energy field & encourages inner healing
🌟The vibrations open chakras & release blocked energy & emotions
🌟An ancient healing technique to find inner peace
During the Sound Spa, the sounds and vibrations accelerate the process of mindfulness, meditation & relaxation. In our modern society with busy Lifestyles and high exposure to technology and information, we often struggle to relax and switch off.
The sound and vibrations can help 'fast-track' your body and mind into a deep state of relaxation and meditation even for people who normally struggle to meditate.
A state of in “in-Flow” is experienced as sound waves synchronize the body’s energy vibrations (your brain, heart and hara energy). Gong sounds and vibrations also have a beneficial effect on hormone levels. They reduce adrenalin and lower cortisol levels (which can cause disease) and enable the body to enter a healing state.
Sound Spa meditation is a great way to de-stress, finding inner peace and balance, which in turn then energises.
Bring your mat to lay on and pillow and blanket to stay warm and cosy. I like to wear warm socks and use my eye pillow too but just build yourself a nest and know you are safe and looked after with no judgement for a beautiful hour 🫶
Sound baths are not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, for anyone with a pacemaker or severe mental health conditions such as Schizophrenia. Any queries on your health conditions please do ask 🙏🏼
