There are many health benefits to good olive oil, but most of us do not know how to choose good olive oil or the right oil for the right occasion. Artisan Balsamic Vinegar can take the simplest dish from ho-hum to absolutely dazzling.

Learn to use these products and impress yourself, and your friends. Enjoy this educational and social experience together with us! Make new friends and get inspired to dine well at home in the new year.

We are aiming 10 attendees. PLEASE RSVP early so I can update our Reservation. PLEASE Bring a FRIEND. TO PREVENT NO SHOWS there is a $5 RESERVATION FEE per PERSON. Send by E-transfer - the e-transfer address will be supplied in your reservation confirmation email. The fee is strictly to prevent no=shows and is given back at the event as a credit towards purchases. YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT ACTIVE UNTIL THE FEE IS PAID.
