If you’ve ever played and enjoyed sports such as footy, netball, touch football, rugby, or even simply just going for a run with your dog you will love Ultimate Frisbee. And even if you haven’t, we promise you’ll be hooked.
NUSL is a beginner friendly option for those wanting to dip their toes into Ultimate. It is an indoor, 5v5, mixed gender version of the game which caters to all fitness and skill levels. Don't know anything about Ultimate? That's fine! All you need to do is wear some running shoes, bring a water bottle and a friend. Our seasoned Ultimate players will show you the ropes!
