Join us for a calming and restorative morning as we explore how crystals can support relaxation and help ease stress. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and discover how to work with crystal energy during challenging times. 💎✨
In this soothing session, you’ll:
💜 Learn how Amethyst calms the mind and enjoy a deeply relaxing amethyst meditation
🌸 Explore the heart-healing energy of Rose Quartz and how it can ease emotional tension
🌑 Discover why Smoky Quartz is a go-to crystal for stress and grounding and take part in a beautiful Smoky Quartz grounding meditation
Please bring with you:
– Rose Quartz, two pieces of Amethyst, Smoky Quartz
– A pendulum (if you have one)
– A notepad (optional)
– A blanket or scarf for comfort during meditations
– A camping chair
– A drink
Don’t worry if you don’t have your own crystals – you’ll be welcome to borrow them during the session.
✨ Suitable for beginners and those with some crystal knowledge.
