Together we will create a safe and inclusive space for both yoga and discussion. In a beautiful judgement free zone we will explore self acceptance, accessibility, and internal awareness. Knowing there are societal norms around the “ideal” yoga image we will challenge those norms and embrace confidence and self compassion. All levels are welcome. We will spend some time discussing, moving, and overall having a genuinely supportive and encouraging time together.
