Heidi Duckler Dance Northwest is proud to announce an intimate salon with a special film screening reception celebrating the art of site-specific dance. The company will showcase a curated reel of the most iconic performances in Portland. Wine and snacks will be served as a live anthrophony composed by Justin Ralls, performed by Abbe Drake and Lisa Limpton sets the tone for the evening. This will be followed by a meet and greet with two of the company’s celebrated performers, Charles Roy and Barbara Lima.
The film screening will feature a reel of unforgettable moments captured from Heidi Duckler Dance Northwest’s unique site-specific performances, showcasing the incredible creativity and collaboration that has defined the company’s work. These performances, which blend dance with the distinctiveness of public and architectural spaces, have become a hallmark of the company's contribution to the city's cultural landscape.
