The class will be gentle movements for beginners so participants that have never practiced yoga before are encouraged to attend. Please bring a yoga mat if you own one. If not, a mat will be supplied.
Adults of all ages and abilities are encouraged to attend.
Teenagers 13+ if accompanied by an adult.
