A 12 week somatic exploration for women craving escape from the prison of toxic shame & unworthiness beliefs & patterns, overwhelmed and uncertain about how to navigate their healing, craving peace, freedom, and deep soulful connection with themselves & others. This is a group experience for a maximum of 12 women who are committed to this journey together.
Program Session Dates
All classes start at 5:30 pm and will run approx 2-2.5 hrs.
October 19, Nov 23, and Dec 14 will be 3 hrs long.

Sunday October 12 - Uncovering Traum in the Body, Mapping our Inner Parts & Establishing Self Leadeship,
Sunday October 19 - Aroma Freedom Somatic Process
Sunday November 2 - Somatic Breathwork
Sunday November 9 - Nurturing Your Inner Child, Heal Your Heart, Self Compassion, and Commit to Pleasure.
Sunday November 16 - Explore Your Anger Iceberg, Connecting with Your Anger and what is Buried Beneath, Beginning the Process of Forgiveness,
Sunday November 23 - Aroma Freedom Somatic Process
Sunday November 30 - Breathwork, Sound Bath & Holy Fire Reiki Experience
Sunday December 7 - Creating Boundaries, Discovering Your Core Values, Communication Strategies, & Prioritizing YOU
Sunday December 14 - Closing Ceremony, Affirming our Personal Commitments, Daring to Dream, Affirming Your Desires & Your True Power, Creating Empowered Action & Ritual
How To Register - Select our first date September 21, select the time 5:30 and register your name, email, and phone number.
You will then receive an email that outlines the detailed steps to confirm your commitment to the program including how to complete your choice of payment.
Choose your investment option consciously. Your choice, made from a place of integrity, is gratefully received with love.
Option A - Minimum $888.
Option B - $999, this allows a portion of your investment to support scholarships for other women to attend.
Option C - Any amount in-between option A & B or greater than option B.
