*Dressage Test must be ridden with corresponding jump classes posted along with them.
*All dressage tests must be memorized and can not be read to riders. (Riders in Intro A and Intro B may be allowed to have instructors read their test to them.)

Sign ups will be taken up to July 13th at 11:59pm to ensure that if changes need to be made we have time to do so.
Please speak with your instructor prior to signing up to a level to ensure you are placed into the best course. Classes are required to have at least 4 participants, if a class fails to have that many riders you will be notified and given the option to change classes. If you choose to not switch classes your class entry fee will be refunded. If a class has more than 25 participants we will divide it.
Overnight competitors must have filed paperwork, provide their own buckets, hay and grain. We will not be offering turn out options. Barn hours are from 7am-7pm if you will be there later or earlier than regular hours please notify the show management. Stall will have a bag of sawdust in them prior to your arrival, extra sawdust must be brought by the rider. We do not have extra sawdust for purchase. Please ensure upon departure that your area is clean, stalls have been stripped and that you have checked out. There may only be one horse to a stall day of and overnight. If it is found that horse is staying in tack stall, rider will be charge for a stall for the entirety of the show. Let me There is not areas in front of stalls to keep tack or boxes, rider must either purchase a tack stall or work out of their trailers (which will be located close behind facilities.)
All tests must be memorized prior to their ride and it can not be read to them throughout their ride. Times may be subject to running behind or ahead but updates will be available throughout the event. Warm up will be available and depending on weather will either be available throughout the entire event in a separate arena or in case of bad weather indoors before the class begins. Ribbons will be available and present after each class for places 1-4.
*Payments must be made prior to the start of the class, lack of payment is subject to not being able to compete. The registration fee is nonrefundable once registration closes on July 13th at 11:59 pm. Scratches made prior to 24 hours before the show are available for refund, scratches made later than 24 hours before class are not eligible for refunds.
