⏰ Start: Meet at 11am at Whites Bay
🏁 Finish: Pick up students at 1pm from Whites Bay
🔹 Kick off with training on the beach, followed by ocean training & a swim 🌊🥋
🔹 Wrap up with a picnic—bring your own and enjoy lunch together! 🥪☀️
🔹 Parents are encouraged to join in and participate! 👨👩👧👦
