Join us for a short easy stroll along the Comanche Creek Greenway. This riparian corridor is host to a nice variety of birds, including woodpeckers, warblers, flycatchers, bushtits, robins, sparrows and finches. We may even see a Wood Duck or two. This walk is a flat mostly gravel trail, around a mile and a half. Bring your binoculars and/or camera and meet us in the parking lot for Comanche Creek Greenway, at 99 E. Park Avenue in Chico at 7:30am (located at the intersection of Skyway and Park Avenue/Midway). Optional items to bring: WATER, sunscreen, insect repellent.
