Roll Up, Roll Up Here is the official save the date for the 2024 Colwick Chase.
We have a jam packed, fun filled day lined up for you in the heart of the midlands on our stunning lake at Colwick Park.
First up is our Technical Distance (this means it has turns, it's not a straight line course, you will have a mix of lefties and righties)
You have 3 distances to pick from:
2km - 1 Lap
6km - 3 Laps
10km - 5 Laps
On water starts, on water finishes, no beach runs, all happening out on the water.
After a siesta, snack, sunbathe and chill with some SUP Yoga we have the afternoon session which is all about SPRINTS.
200m Dash.
This will be by categories and a heat format, top 3 go through.

Standing starts, standing finishes. Straight line, No turns

10:30am: Team Briefing
11:15am - 1:45pm: Technical Distance
1:45pm - 2:45pm: Siesta
2:45pm: Briefing for Sprints
3pm - 4pm: Sprints
