The Bluemont Civic Association rings the bell in Constitution Gardens at noon on every national holiday. Constitution Gardens is on the corner of N. George Mason Drive and Wilson Blvd. (4855 Wilson Blvd)
If it's raining at 11 AM the day of the event, the bell ringing will be cancelled.
