Columbus Avenue BID 2025 Annual Meeting | November 5, 2025
Join us for the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Columbus Avenue Business Improvement District (BID) on Wednesday, November 5 at The Mermaid Inn (335 Columbus Avenue). All are welcome to attend as we meet to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year and discuss what’s to come for Columbus Avenue.
Agenda:
8:30 a.m.: Check-in and networking
9 a.m.: Program begins
While everyone is welcome to join the event, only registered members of the BID may vote at the meeting. BID property owners, commercial tenants, business owners, and rental residents within the boundaries of the Business Improvement District who wish to vote at the meeting must register by Sunday, October 26th, 2025. Members of the general public and staff of local businesses are also welcome to attend as non-voters and enjoy the event!
Please select your appropriate registered Class when selecting ticket type:
- Class A1: Commercial Property Owner
- Class A2: Residential Property Owner
- Class B: Commercial Tenant
- Class C: Residential Tenant (including shareholders of residential coop)
- Class D: Government Representative
- Class E: Interested Party (non-voting)
- If you are not a registered member, select "Guest" tickets instead
