Join us for a CrossFit-style workout to support the Sergeant Colton Levi Derr Foundation in raising awareness about the challenges facing our warriors, such as PTSD, veteran suicide, and homelessness. The workout includes 6 laps RUN (buy-in), 100 wallballs, 100 pull-ups, 100 situps, 100 pushups, 100 burpees, and a 1-mile 'ruck march' around the plaza loop. Everyone is welcome, and all abilities are encouraged to participate.
