A fun and hands on workshop that explores colour theory, for creatives and anyone interested in understanding and applying colour effectively. Artist Zoe Eaton- leads this session through practical exercises to explore mixing colours and applying this to your creative practice.
During this two hour session we will:
Create a 12-part colour wheel.
Identify the Components of Colour: Hue, Saturation and bias.
Learn how to mix colours effectively using these components. Quickly get the colour you want every time, without wasting materials!
Application Of Colour: Investigate how colours interact with each other and explore concepts such as complementary colours, harmonious colours, brights and neutrals.
Leave with a colour wheel, and note book of your colour recipes for future reference.
