Join us for an immersive experience exploring the healing power of colour with Haruka. This in-person event will take place at 136 E Coast Rd, #02 01. Discover how colour can nourish your soul and bring balance to your life. Let us delve into the world of colour medicine . If you resonate with this, join us on Tuesday (this is once a month event).

This is an experimental & explorational painting workshop. External world we see is filtered through our past experiences, perceptions and mind. This workshop is to un-filter these layers and to express from our own heart.

What is the experience?

-Release body tension with gentle physical movement

- Breathing & Sound to relax, soften and open our heart

- Observe, explore, experiment and discover ourselves through colours, brush strokes, the strength we apply on the surface that we use for the week.

- End the session with tea appreciation & contemplate the works we have created

What is provided?

-Art materials (paper/brushes/paints) to be shared during the workshop

-Yoga mat to sit on

What to bring & wear?

- please wear something that you do not mind getting some colours & feel comfortable

- something that inspires you for the experimentational drawing

- something to cover yourself (shawl or a cardigan) as you may get cold in a room
