This is a unique Guided experience that uses intuition and color for inner healing. No art experience needed.
I am teaming up with Barber Cass for this Creative experience and it is open for 8 participants
It is held in "Shears for Queers" Space within Opal Studios (104 S. Main St. #102 Fond du Lac, WI)
In this guided creative experience you will begin to decode what your inner knowing has been trying to tell you.
We all have an inner knowing.
It speaks to us through symbols, colors, and felt sensations and rarely do we slow down enough to listen or interpret.
This is the experience to do just that.
I guide you through a meditation where you create your own personal color emotion map.
I then ask two specific questions to sit with: What is blocking me from taking the next step? and What does my higher self want me to know?
Blindfolded, you choose your colors and doodle, allowing your mind to take a seat and your inner voice to express without the filter.
When the blindfolds come off we go around the room together and decipher what emerged. We decode our own creations and help each other decipher what came up in theirs
The goal is not a perfect piece of art, it is to create symbolism without using your mind, pure intuition only.
Think of it like a pendulum and instead of a chain, you have colors and marker strokes.
Through this experience you will be amazed at what comes through have fun while gaining clarity and guidance through whatever you are currently moving through in life.
What to bring:
Colored pencils, crayons, or markers.
A blindfold or something soft to cover your eyes.
Blank sheets of paper.
