Colors of YogaColors of Yoga is for everyone from Beginner level to Intermediate level with different Styles of Yoga.
The feeling of arriving and being welcomed as part of a community, doing Yoga together, doing something good for the soul and the body, getting in touch with others, making friends – that’s what Colors of Yoga is for. Our Wednesday Yoga classes are open to everyone. And you don’t need any prior experience. The bigger our colourful Yoga family becomes, the better!
The Colors of Yoga would have different styles of Yoga - Hatha Yoga, Sri Sri Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga in different week. At the Soham Yoga, we offer this Yoga session to all colors of sexual orientation and identity.

Week 1: Hatha Yoga

Week 4: Kundalini Yoga
Week 5: Restorative Yoga (once in two months)

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This yoga session is for everyone (No age limit).
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Harrow Arts Centre is easily accessible by car and various methods of public transport. Where possible, please consider the environment and use public transport.
BY BUS
The H14 and H12 stop directly outside Harrow Arts Centre. The 182 stops at Oxhey Lane, a 4-minute walk away.

PARKING
There is free level parking for 90 cars at Harrow Arts Centre. Space is limited so please arrive early if you wish to park at Harrow Arts Centre.

London Overground Trains run directly from London Euston to Hatch End in 40 minutes, and the line directly links to Willesden Junction and Watford Junction. Harrow Arts Centre is a 6-minute walk from Hatch End Overground Station

BY COACH
Coaches can drop off passengers at the front entrance of Harrow Arts Centre using the service road between HAC at Morrisons. Unfortunately, we do not have any coach parking available on site.
What can I bring to the event?
Kindly bring a water bottle. We provide Yoga mat & props. We have washroom and kitchen to be utilised.
