About this Event
Colors in the Void is a Phish tribute band featuring talented local musicians John Holland (guitar), David Chaskes (keys), Brett Cody Adelman (bass) and Harrison Dermer (drums). Music will be from 4-7PM, with the gate opening at 2PM. An air-layering demonstration will be given by proprietor Lee Cicchella during set break. Tropical edible plants will be on sale; all plants are on sale, just find Lee or Stacey. This performance is graciously being donated to the Thirsty Gecko Garden as a "phundraiser" for nursery expenses. In 2020 , the nursery lost half of their ornamental inventory during Tropical Storm ETA, and the owner has been working hard to redesign and earthwork the nursery space for future flood events.
Parking will be limited, carpool/uber/lyft if possible. Park in the swale of 61st Ave, and please do not walk in the street. Do not park where there are cones or signs that say tow-away, and be mindful of our neighbor's driveways. There is a side walk on the west side of the road, please use this sidewalk to not impede the flow of traffic (or get hit!!). All events are bring your own food and beverages, communal sharing of food will be at each person's discretion. There is a Publix & liquor store 0.5 miles away at Stirling and 61st. All patrons must sign a waiver to enter the garden. Water, ice and coolers are provided, remember to bring your reusable cup!
