This event is a part of our A.R.T.S. of Happiness event series all about family wellness—mind, body, and heart. This fall, we’re centering families with experiences that spark joy and strengthen bonds through creativity and wellness. Each of this particular event series is designed to nurture the whole family—physically, mentally, communicatively, financially, and nutritionally.
From movement and art-making that support emotional expression, to workshops that build healthier habits and stronger communication, A.R.T.S. of Happiness gives families practical tools to thrive together. Whether it’s painting side by side, learning stress-free financial strategies, or exploring simple nutrition hacks, every session creates space to laugh, grow, and connect.
Because when families are well, they don’t just get through life—they flourish. 🌟
