Coloring Little Smiles (CLS) is a small initiative where we try to observe all major festivals and national days with the deprived children of our society. We spend time with the children through various activities to observe the festivals together. In this way, we try to share our joy and happiness mutually.The sacred festival of Durga Puja is just around the corner—a celebration of the eternal triumph of good over evil.
As we prepare to immerse ourselves in its vibrant spirit, let’s awaken the goodness within us. Let’s light up the faces of those around us, making their smiles wider, warmer, and more colorful.
Let’s share our joy, our care, our love—and smile together in harmony.
This season, let’s rise above boundaries and break the glass ceiling, embracing the power of compassion and unity.
CLS is a small collective voluntary effort of individuals that started nineteen years back. Through our activities, we try to encourage the children toward education and positive aspects of life.
With the support of volunteers and personal donations, we arrange celebration activities, awareness activities, edutainment activities, cultural activities, gift distribution (educational materials, toys, and clothes), etc.

Coloring Little smiles with the children of মুক্তি খেলাঘর আসর (Mukti khelaghar Asor)
Time: From 03.00 Pm to 06:30 Pm
Place: 3, Mohini Mohon Das Lane, Sutrapur, Dhaka-1100
ACTIVITY DETAILS:
Freedom in Painting: The children will be provided with paper and colors. We will help them to paint and play with colors, allowing them to express their creativity.
Cultural Program: A variety of performances, including dance, music, and other acts, will be conducted by the children of মুক্তি খেলাঘর আসর (Mukti khelaghar Asor) community.
Mehedi Painting & Health Awareness: Volunteers will clip the nails of the children and paint Mehedi on their hands. They will educate the children about the importance of cleanliness for health, personal space, and hand washing.
Puppet Show: Jolputul Puppet Studio will present a puppet show for the children of the school.
Puppet Workshop: Jolputul Puppet Studio will conduct a puppet workshop with the children of the school.
Educational Material & Gift Distribution: Educational materials (pencils and erasers), gift items, and toys will be gifted to the children.
Entertainment and Light Food: Throughout the event, food and snacks will be available for the children.
ICHHA PURON (ইচ্ছা পুরণ): Puja Shopping with the Deprived Children. Volunteers will go to shops with underprivileged children for Puja shopping where they (the children) will choose and we'll buy Puja dresses for them. We will serve as many community children as possible (depending on fund availability).
How can you participate?
You Can Be a Volunteer: You may spend some good time with those less fortunate children, which will be helpful for the initiative. Please let us know if you want to join us as a volunteer. Volunteers who can paint Mehedi or are experts in children edutainment are highly encouraged to join.
You Can Contribute Event Materials/Gifts: You can contribute event materials/gifts for the children.
By Giving Support and Suggestions: You can support the event by giving your valuable suggestions.
Financial Contributions for the Event: You can provide financial support for the event.
