Did you think coloring was only for children? Think again!Come to the Millcreek Branch every Saturday for an adults-only coloring session. Coloring helps us de-stress because when we focus on a particular activity, we focus on it and not on our worries. Coloring generates wellness, quietness and stimulates brain areas related to motor skills, the senses and creativity. Coloring sheets and colored pencils will be provided.
More information on the benefits of coloring can be found by browsing the library's collection and, if you prefer reading rather than doing, perhaps a good murder mystery involving coloring books is what you need!
