About this Event
We’ll start with my original 12"x12” drawing that’s been reproduced on quality watercolor paper, so there’s nothing to draw! Then, we’ll go step by step together and you will leave with a finished painting that will amaze your family and friends.
All painting materials and instructions provided, but there is no frame included. This class is open to all skill levels, but some watercolor painting experience* will be helpful. There are only 5 spaces available to assure lots of personal attention!
* if you do not have watercolor experience, but are curious about the methods and techniques of watercolor painting, you should consider trying my one day “Beginning Watercolor” class.
In that class, we discuss all the basics. We’ll explore the required brushes, various forms of watercolor paints, watercolor paper, and what the different textures are best suitable for, and what the different paperweights mean and how they apply to your success.
Various techniques will be practiced, and your vocabulary with regard to watercolor painting will be enlarged. The things you learn in the Beginning Watercolor class will give you the confidence to try more complex paintings.. Let me know if you have questions!
All classes require a commitment and pre-registration/payment as class size is very strictly limited. NO REFUNDS unless class is canceled. You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to class in order to qualify for a class credit. Later cancellations and NO SHOWS will not receive a credit. Your paid registration indicates your understanding and agreement to these conditions.
