ABOUT THE FEST:
We are excited to welcome you back to year 4 of Colorado Acro Festival! Our appreciation for the this community and practice is unending. Touch & gathering have become a privilege to truly celebrate. We look forward to having you all in one room again in 2024 for a weekend of ACRO, CONNECTION, and PLAY!
This festival is 4 days! We're offering Friday Intensives and a Monday Post Fest Jam.
This festival was founded in 2019 by Christine Moonbeam, Kasey Topp, and Darren Ceckanowicz with the intention of bringing together industry leaders and practitioners of all levels from around the world who offer skilled coaching, space holding and community building. It is important to us that together we create an event that is inclusive and celebrates the diversity in our community and within this movement practice.

We’re in the same gym we were in last year - hooray! This means we have plenty of space and room to rig lines. We will have 4 sets of spotting lines for safety trying new skills.
Monday we'll be hosting a Post-Festival Jam! Both purchasers of Full Festival Passes and Main Fest Passes welcome to join.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds minus $20 for admin fee will be given before January 15th. January 15th- Feb 10th refund minus $50 will be offered. After February 10th only 50% refund will be offered.
✨No ticket transfers.

COVID POLICY
1. MANDATORY pre-travel rapid COVID test. We are trusting our community and will not have the capacity to check for proof of rapid tests. However, anyone exhibiting symptoms may be requested to take a test and/or asked to leave the festival upon refusal. We reserve the right to use our judgment in such cases. We have a doctor on staff to assist in such assessments.
2. You MUST wear a mask while traveling and anytime you are with large crowds of people outside of the festival facility. Rapid home Covid tests are readily available and you should start making plans to have your test ready before the festival.
3. We RECOMMEND being up to date on current vaccinations
4. OPTIONAL masking in the facility
We are choosing to treat everyone with individual respect and ask that you take responsibility for opting into this community space. If our new policy is at odds with your personal choices, we ask you to reach out to us immediately to resolve any issues.
COVID REFUND POLICY:
In the case that a participant presents symptoms during the festival:
Alert CAF organizers + your household immediately.
You will be asked to discontinue festival participation, mask and quarantine from your roommates (if you have any) or head home.
If this happens, we will partially refund your ticket for any time missed.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
If we choose to cancel CAF due to a surge in COVID students will have the choice to either A.) Roll their ticket over to the next year or B.) Receive a refund minus a $20 admin fee.
