But what you do inside your foils matters too! It’s all in the details! COLOR MATCHING! it's a big deal! But what do you look for? And how do you always hit the target when it comes to helping your clients choose a complimenting hair color? We want to show you HOW! Additionally, we will offer social media/camera tips! The apps we use to better showcase our work and more!

Joe Francis is an international Master Stylist with 15 years in the industry. Working all over the world, from Lebanon, Dubai, New York and Miami, Joe's creative talent and vision has made him a standout stylist.
Joe's hair creations have walked the runway in New York and Miami fashion week and have been seen on billboards in Manhattan. Joe is based out of New York and specializes in balayage, lived-in color and custom placement.
Elijah Vane is an esteemed dimensional color specialist located in Sacramento, California. He has been published in places such as Hair Advisor and the inaugural issue of Gradient Magazine by K18, launched at Sephora.
His international standing is marked by nominations in various categories in The OneShot Hair Awards and a consistent presence as a finalist in The Balayage Awards. Elijah’s meticulous artistry continues to stay at the forefront of current trends, leaving an indelible mark on the world of sophisticated and inspiring hair coloring.
