Utah Foster Care is pleased to announce its upcoming community event, Color the Town Purple, designed to raise awareness of the need for more foster families and support for local children in foster care. The event will take place on Monday, October 7th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Richfield City Park, located at 298 E 400 N, Richfield, UT.

This FREE, family-friendly event aims to bring together the local community to advocate for more foster families and brighter futures for children in foster care. A highlight of the evening includes a special appearance by Utah First Lady Abby Cox, who will speak on the critical need for more foster families in the Richfield area.

Attendees will enjoy various fun and engaging activities suitable for all ages, including making pinwheels in support of foster care. The first 250 people will receive complimentary hot dogs and drinks.

This event is a significant opportunity for residents of Richfield to gain a deeper understanding of foster families and the pressing needs within their local community.
