Hardship Heroes Nonprofit Organization is holding a Color Run Festival Fundraiser!{{COLOR RUN VENDORS}}

All vendors will be approved for this event as long as it is family friendly! ALL HANDMADE CRAFTERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. MLM'S will be taken on first come first serve basis and we will only have one person from each company attend.
FOOD VENDORS/trucks will be limited!
June 23rd
11:00am-4:00pm
Arrival time and set up starts at 9:30am
All vendors must be completed setting up their space no later than 11am
We would like all vendors to stay until end time at 4:00pm.
We also want to leave the park exactly as we found it!
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given.
Spaces are set for up to 10x10 canopy. These spaces are $20 each. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, displays, and canopy. All outdoor canopies must be weighted for safety.
THIS LOCATION IS KNOWN FOR BEING WINDY! PLEASE COME PREPARED
Each crafter is at his or her own risk and is encouraged to carry appropriate insurance. Neither Hardship Heroes nor Penn Forest Township Recreational Park are responsible for damage, theft, or loss of an individual’s property.

There is nothing like this on the MOUNTAIN and we are excited to bring this Festival Right into our backyard! There will be food trucks, vendors, and fun activities for kids! But remember this is all about Hardship Heroes and raising funds for our local Nonprofit! Any questions please reach out to the Hardship Heroes directly or EMILY ENDERES
This ticket will include
-Entry into the Color Run Portion of the event
-One Color Packet per ticket holder to kick off the event (DON'T USE UNTIL KICK OFF TIME!)
-A Hardship Heroes Color Run Tattoo!
-Color Run Registration Necklace
HOW THE EVENT WORKS
-Registration Starts at 10:00am and will run until approximately 10:30am
-After Registration Runners/Walkers will be lined up accordingly. (Runners in the front, walkers in the back)
-Around 10:45am a Hardship Heroes rep will give a small speech.
-11:00am the Color Run with KICK OFF with all Entries Throwing their very own color packet!
-Runners and walkers start their run and they will hit Color Bombing Stations all along their run!
-There will be 3 Heats | RUNNERS | WALKERS | STROLLERS |
-Once your run has ended you are encouraged to enjoy the festival at your leisure!
THINGS TO REMEMBER
-This is a chalk like dust, face coverings of all kinds are encouraged ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN
-There will be sunglasses to purchase at the event and are first come first serve sales
-Please bring a change of clothes and a towel to shake off before entering your vehicle
-This dust does not stain or cause damage to clothes and washes off with water!
-Remember to have fun and support local nonprofits!
DON'TS
No pets allowed
No pull wagons allowed (only push wagons)
No skates or roller skates allowed
No scooters, bicycles or tricycles
No skateboards or hoverboards
No electric scooters or electric bicycles
DO'S
Strollers are allowed
Push wagons are allowed
Handicap accessible (please reach out)
Must abide by park rules at all times.
***THIS EVENT IS A NONPROFIT FUNDRAISER. NO REFUNDS GIVEN***
The only way a refund will be given is if the event is cancelled by Hardship Heroes Nonprofit Organization
If under extreme circumstances the event is rescheduled tickets will still be honored and no refunds will be given.
