Get ready to kick off an unforgettable summer of reading at our Color Our World kickoff party! Join us on Saturday, May 31st, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the library's green space for an afternoon of fun, creativity, and foam-tastic excitement!The fun begins at 11:00 AM with your chance to sign up for our summer reading program. Dive into a world of books and earn exciting prizes all summer long! While you're signing up, unleash your inner artist with colorful crafts, color our library with vibrant chalk art masterpieces, and enjoy light refreshments.
Then, get ready to make a splash! At 12:00 PM, the party really gets foaming with Funtastic Foam Parties! We'll have two foam cannons blasting colorful foam and pumping up the music for an epic foam party experience. Dance, play, and get covered in a rainbow of suds!
What to Wear/Bring:
For the foam party: Children can wear bathing suits or clothes they don't mind getting a little messy. Bare feet are recommended for the foam area (shoes can get lost or damaged). Please leave valuables at home or in your car.
Eye protection: Some children may prefer to wear swim goggles to keep foam out of their eyes.
Glasses: We strongly recommend children not wear glasses in the foam, especially smaller children. They can easily be knocked off, lost, or damaged.
