Join us for an exciting event celebrating Lunar New Year and the arrival of spring, in partnership with Asian Arts New York! The event will begin with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, a ritualized practice of preparing and serving tea, deeply rooted in the cultural traditions of the Sinosphere. Next, participants will learn more about the traditions of Lunar New Year. Finally, a talented array of performers will showcase music, dance, and more from across the Asian continent. This event is appropriate for all ages and is free and open to the public. Asian Arts New York (AANY) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that celebrates and supports Asian arts and artists across New York State. Through cultural exchange and creative collaboration, we connect communities and showcase the depth and diversity of Asian artistic expression.
