Asbury Park will host a collection of world-renowned digital artists this March as they gather to launch a spectacular new festival.On March 21st, the facade of the city's iconic Paramount Theatre will spring to life like never before, radically transformed by six visionary creatives. Each will debut a wildly imaginative new work of animated storytelling for an audience of thousands.
Welcome to the inaugural edition of Color & Light, a free public art festival in AP’s Bradley Park that brings artists together from all over the globe to celebrate our shared humanity through spectacular works on a grand scale.
Each artist at C&L is a master of projection mapping, an art that relies on meticulously tailored animation to create the illusion that brick, stone, cement and glass are physically transforming–as if by magic!
After experiencing the big six on the Paramount, you can discover a carefully curated selection of dozens more emerging or established multi-disciplinary digital artists at the PolyOne Parkside Gallery.
Color & Light is a co-production of the NFT art platform PolyOne and LUMA, America’s premier projection art festival.
