The Colonial English Handbell Ringers has been delighting Washington audiences since 1991. We ring a set of nearly 80 bells from the White Chapel foundry in England and perform at concerts festivals weddings fairs and private functions. Beautifully costumed in Colonial Renaissance or traditional dress we are a unique visual and auditory experience.
The 2024 holiday concert "Repeat the Sounding Joy" will feature fun uplifting classics such as “Caroling Caroling” and “Jingle Bells” beautiful arrangements of “The Little Drummer Boy” “Simple Gifts” and “In the Bleak Midwinter” and the rousing finale “Three Carols for Three Countries.” We will hopefully hear from you as well as you participate in our sing-a-long! As always we thank you for your support over the years and we hope you enjoy our sounds of the season!
This performances is FREE to the public although we happily take donations to assist with equipment replacement and upkeep. Thank you for your support through the years and we look forward to bringing you this cool 2024 holiday concert. We hope Yule love it!
