We've partnered with MK Health Hub Birmingham for a wellness evening including bespoke taster gym classes, an open gym session and refreshments!

Join us to network with your colleagues and counterparts in the Birmingham corporate sector whilst letting those endorphins flow! 30 minute taster classes will include:

• Reformer Pilates - Tone your body in ways no other exercise can using state-of-the-art reformer beds designed to work every area of your body
• Yoga - Combine essential breathwork with strength and mobility
• HIIT - Combine weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep the heart rate elevated

Refreshments (smoothies or protein shakes) will be provided prior to the start of the classes, and there is also an option to add-on a £5 meal prep for the journey home!

Tickets include option to take part in three 30 minute exercise classes, an open gym session and refreshments!
