Collegiate Shag Bootcamp With Sarah Stembridge

Join us for an all levels shag boot camp.
For less than the cost of a private, you get three hours of instruction from one of the greats dancing collegiate shag right now.
The workshop is $50 paid at the door.
We will be at The Cove and there will be a social in the evening.
As a dancer, Sarah values the playful collaborations and creative possibilities that emerge in a social dance, and loves to explore the ways in which developing one’s technique, connection, and body awareness can bolster confidence and individual expression. As an instructor, she hopes to help other dancers develop their sense of self-efficacy, confidence, and curiosity in the classroom and beyond.
Come work on your shag while picking up some new concepts for making the dance comfortable and creative.
We are building in guided practice breaks so you can play with the ideas and experiment with them in a social context.
