By purchasing a ticket for College Crawls' Bar Crawl, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1️⃣ Age Requirement: You must be 21 years or older to participate. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. A valid government-issued ID is required for entry into all venues. Eventbrite does NOT give the option to restrict sales to those of age. We know that University of Illinois has unique rules for those that are 19 years of age. If you want the shirt, you can buy it, but your admission into the event spaces is at the discretion of the bars decision. We are not encouraging or liable for underage drinking of any kind. If you are 19 and purchase a ticket, you are ineligible for any and all giveaways during the event.

2️⃣ Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own alcohol consumption and behavior. Drink responsibly and conduct yourself appropriately throughout the event. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.

3️⃣ Limitation of Liability: College Crawls LLC does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages and does not control the operations of the participating venues. By attending, you release College Crawls, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event, including those caused by other attendees, venue staff, or third parties.

4️⃣ Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in the bar crawl involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other harm. You voluntarily assume these risks.

5️⃣ Compliance with Venue Rules: All attendees must follow the rules and policies set by participating venues. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any individual at their discretion. Violation of venue policies may result in removal without a refund.

6️⃣ No Signature Required: Your ticket purchase serves as your agreement to these terms. No physical signature is required.
