???Join us for a fun & challenging Saturday morning group fitness class led by Coach K followed by Jamtooth Jam Bars and Cold Pressed Juice by Shaker Juices! The class welcomes all skill levels.
The morning will start with an intentional warm up that will prepare you for a total body workout! You will focus on building strength through upper and lower body lifts along with accessory exercises and cardio that will leave you feeling accomplished and maybe a little like jello... or JAM???
We are so stoked to welcome Jamtooth to the Collective! These tasty treats are the talk of the town. You can find them at Portal West Coffee or at the Nightlight— and now at AAC during our first Collective Sweat & Social event. We have selected the Jam Bars as our treat for post workout, which are Gluten Free and truly a piece of heaven! Pairing the bars with THE Shaker Juices only makes sense.
