Forward Outdoor and Collective Flow bring you Collective Outdoor : a new winter wellness series.
Join our two local businesses as we collaborate to bring you mindful, outside adventure in Milwaukee during the winter:
February 9: Hike & Yoga
March 9: Hike & Breathwork
April 6: Hike & Meditation
In this series, Forward Outdoor will do what they do best, and take our community on a guided outdoor adventure (hiking), and combine it with Collective Flow’s wellness offerings (yoga, meditation, or breathwork).
We’ll begin and end at Collective Flow on Milwaukee’s east side as our warming cabin to enjoy tea and each other’s company! Wellness activities will be integrated into the experience both indoors and outdoors during the experience depending on weather conditions.
Date: Sunday, April 6, 1pm-2:30pm
Location: Collective Flow, 1533 E. Belleview Place
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing for indoors, and appropriate clothing/footwear for our winter hike.
Includes: Coffee/tea, guided meditation and wellness activity
Cost: $35 for one or $90 for the series
