To ensure fair access, we’ve created a simple policy so as many people as possible benefit from the experience.
How it Works
Access & Booking• Each person may book up to 4 sauna slots total across the programme• Each session has a maximum of 8 participants • A waitlist ensures cancelled spaces are offered fairly
Respecting the Space• Arrive on time and commit to the full session• Join a short collective grounding ritual at the start or end• Respect confidentiality, care for the space, and uphold collective wellbeing• Share feedback so the programme can grow responsively
Equity & Inclusion• Priority access for Black, Brown, and marginalised community members• Sessions are free – cost is not a barrier• Accessibility needs are welcomed – please let us know
Cancellations• If you can’t attend, please give 24hrs notice• After 2 no-shows without notice, your future booking slots may be paused
