Collective Grief

Join us for an evening of reflection and connection at 1812 N Doctor M.L.K. Jr Dr. This event is a space for us to come together and honor our shared experiences of loss and sadness. Guided by Abby Goelzer from Garnet and the Moon who is a Certi. Death Doula and who holds sacred spaces to navigate shared grief with others in a safety and softness with experienced facilitators. We will also have Grizel Sanchez from Sigue Sanando Studio who will provide the sacred space as a holistic esthetician professional & energy worker herself and continue to channel safe spaces like these at Sigue Sanando Studio.

Through guided grief meditation, sound bath, tea, and journaling, we will explore the power of community in healing our hearts. Let's embrace our emotions and find solace in each other's presence. Come as you are, and let's navigate this journey of collective grief together.
