Collective Gong Bath at Llandaff Cathedral

Join us for a truly special and transformative evening within the sacred space of Llandaff Cathedral. Multiple accomplished gong master practitioners come together to create an unforgettable gong bath experience.
Surrounded by the sacred architecture of one of Wales' most iconic cathedrals, you’ll be immersed in a rich frequency soundscape. The powerful vibrations of the many gongs washing over you create a truly transformative experience, washing away tension, releasing stress and rejuvenating the whole physiology all within the sacred structure of the cathedral which supports the acoustics of the therapeutic instruments used, enhancing their effects quite profoundly. Previous client's experiences have included a dramatic increase in deep sleep following their experience (as recorded by their fit bit!).
This unique 1.5 hour session is a rare opportunity to experience multiple gongs played in harmony by expert hands in a setting of profound natural resonance.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat(s) or something comfortable to lie on
- Blanket and pillow for warmth and comfort
- Eye mask
- Water bottle
Sound healing has contraindications for the following:
- Epilepsy or Seizure Disorders
- Severe Mental Health Conditions e.g. schizophrenia or untreated psychosis
- First trimester of pregnancy
- Individuals with pacemakers or cochlear implants

Please note, as the floor is stone you may want to bring 2 yoga mats or other ways of cushioning your back

Minimum Age: We have set an age minimum of 14 years old if you feel it is suitable for your child to be lying down for 1.5 hours, then they are more than welcome to join
