Collage with Pigmented and Specialty Papers with Lisa Jennings
Continue the adventure of creating with unique hand-colored papers in this playful and expressive 4-week collage course. Using the richly layered, pigmented papers from the previous workshop and additional specialty papers, we’ll dive into composition, shape, contrast, and storytelling through paper. Each class will offer guided techniques and inspiring prompts to help you explore design, layering, texture, and the emotional impact of color. Learn how to tear, cut, shape, and place your papers to form powerful, personal, or purely abstract collages. This class is all about embracing intuitive process and celebrating the beauty of handmade surfaces. Expect plenty of experimentation, creative freedom, and support to develop your own voice through collage. $75
