Collage ClubInstructed by Allison S.
Class size: Up to 6 students
Saturday, April 5th, 11AM-1PM
$25 (all materials included)
This class is available to adults and teens 16+.
Class description: Perfect for both collage-lovers and those who are new to the medium! Allison will spend the first 15 minutes teaching the basics of collage and how to connect it to a travel theme. The remaining time is for students to use the collage materials available and make their own masterpieces! Students are welcome to bring their own art/junk journal to collage in. Collage materials will be provided but students are encouraged to bring any travel-related ephemera they already have and would like to include in their projects.
Artist bio: Allison Smith is a Milwaukee based artist and educator. She focuses on collage, watercolor, gouache, and sewing in her artistic practice. She uses patterns, ephemera, and layering to convey abstract and femme body forms throughout her artwork. Allison teaches middle school art but has experience with all ages of students and supporting them through their artistic journey. Check out Allison on Instagram! @allisonsewing
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, please do so at least 72 hours prior to the class for a full refund. Last-minute cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If we have to cancel the class, you will receive a full refund!
