You're invited to our next Community Kirtan on Saturday 30th August. This month will be extra special as we will be having a transcendental birthday party to celebrate the auspicious advent of the Supreme Being, Lord Sri Krishna!
This special celebration is celebrated worldwide and is known as Janmastami - ‘The festival of loving devotion.’
There will be:
A traditional arotik ceremony for Lord Krishna.
A bathing Lord Krishna ceremony that everyone can participate in.
A beautiful slide show about Krishna’s birth
Offerings of flowers.
There will also be heartfelt devotional singing of sacred mantras and a delicious vegetarian meal will be served.
Everyone is welcome. Please feel free to invite family & friends!
