The session begins with a guided breathing practice to prepare both mentally & physically, introducing the safety principles, methods, & mindset needed to thrive in the cold. Gentle warm-up movements follow to stimulate circulation & awaken your system before the ice immersion.
You’ll then be guided through a 10°C ice bath experience, supported by trained facilitators who help you stay calm, focused, & connected to your breath throughout the process.
- After the plunge, settle into a deeply restorative sound bath, featuring instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, & chimes designed to balance the nervous system & encourage profound relaxation.
The evening closes with light refreshments & open sharing, offering space to reflect & connect with others in this unique wellness experience.
